We connect you with your dream team of trusted vendors, manage timelines and run sheets, and oversee every logistical detail on the day. Whether it’s a wedding, private gathering or regional celebration, we’re there to make sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

Get in touch with a few details about your event. We’ll arrange a time to chat (in person or over the phone) to understand your vision, needs, and where you’re at in the planning process.

Based on your event and how much support you need, we’ll recommend the right coordination package, or create something custom if needed.

We’ll send through a proposal and contract. Once your deposit is paid, your date is officially locked in and planning support begins!
