Coordination
At Clare Valley Events Co, our calm, hands-on coordination ensures you can be fully present in every moment, knowing that all the moving parts are being taken care of. We connect you with your dream team of trusted vendors, manage timelines and run sheets, and oversee every logistical detail on the day. Whether it’s a wedding, private gathering or regional celebration, we’re there to make sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

✦ Pre wedding bump in: complete ceremony & reception set up. Inc styling, signage placement, placecard placement, accepting & managing vendor deliveries.
✦ Chelsea, plus & event assistant (required for lifting furniture)
✦ Rehearsal Management: Organising & leading a rehearsal with the bridal party the day before your wedding in conjunction with celebrant.
✦ On-the-Day Support: Acting as the primary point of contact to ensure an stress-free experience.
✦ Issue Management: Troubleshooting weather-related or unexpected challenges throughout the day.
✦ Guest Hosting: Welcoming & hosting guests as they arrive.

The Process
enquire & chat
Get in touch with a few details about your event. We’ll arrange a time to chat (in person or over the phone) to understand your vision, needs, and where you’re at in the planning process.

Based on your event and how much support you need, we’ll recommend the right coordination package, or create something custom if needed.

lock it in
We’ll send through a proposal and contract. Once your deposit is paid, your date is officially locked in and planning support begins!

plan & celebrate
From here, we’ll work closely with you (and your vendors) to make sure every detail is sorted. Come event day, we’ll be there to bring it all together so you can relax and enjoy every moment.
